WHERE IS THE THEATRE LOCATED?
The Hudson Theatre Box Office and primary entrance is: 141 West 44th St. New York, NY 10036.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION?
The Box Office is open Monday – Saturday: 10am – 8pm.
Please note there will be no advanced sales 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Additionally, the Hudson Theatre Box Office will close on January 7, 2019, and reopen on February 4, 2019. For in-person tickets to Burn This, please purchase from the Box Office either before January 7 or from February 4 onward.

IS THE BUILDING ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Wheelchair access is available at 44th Street entrance. Please request wheelchair seating from a sales representative at time of purchase. We have designated ADA locations in the Orchestra level. Elevator access available to the Ambassador Lounge, located on the Dress Circle level. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located on both the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels.

IS HUDSON THEATRE EQUIPPED WITH INFRARED HEARING DEVICES?
Yes. The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
HOW DO I BUY ADA TICKETS?
To request wheelchair seats, please contact our ADA Hotline, (646) 975-4626.
You will be prompted to leave a message with necessary information, and you will then be contacted directly to complete your transaction. Please note that ADA tickets are not available for purchase online or via phone. The hotline is reserved solely for ADA patrons.
HOW DO I PICK UP TICKETS FROM WILL CALL?
Will Call tickets are held at our Box Office. Tickets may be picked up during the Box Office’s regular business hours. You may pick up your tickets on the day of the event, or ahead of time if you choose.
DO YOU OFFER TICKET INSURANCE?
For a worry free ticket purchase, you may opt into the ATG Tickets US Ticket Refund Program to obtain a refund should you be unable to make it to your event for the reasons set out in the Program. For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including fulfilment and administration fees) if you are unable to make it to your event, in accordance with the Ticket Refund Program. Any refund will be managed by Refund Services on behalf of ATG Tickets US. Simply opt in to the ticket refund program during your online ticket purchase. To find out more information click here.

The closest parking lot is Meyers Parking, 146 West 44th St, New York, (212) 997-7690. Surrender your same day theatre ticket and receive a discount.
HOW YOUNG DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO GET IN FOR FREE?
Hudson Theatre requires every individual who enters the theatre to have a purchased ticket. “Lap Seats,” or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not available. Our box office will assist in finding appropriate seating for a child.
CAN I CHECK LUGGAGE, COATS, UMBRELLAS, ETC. AT THE THEATRE?
Yes, coat check is available in the Box Office lobby. There is a charge of $2 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangements for such items before arriving at the theatre.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR DRINK INTO THE THEATRE?
Outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre. There are two full-service bars located on the Orchestra Level and Dress Circle Level, and guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theatre to their seats.
ARE PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE?
The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.
DOES THE THEATRE HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes! Our staff check our facilities nightly for any items that might have been left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please visit our Stage Door. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you. All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days. Hudson Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to reunite all lost items to their proper owner.
